How I Work
1. One-on-One Consultation
We meet at a location that is most comfortable for you, where we will go through your health history, health goals, dietary preferences, allergies and aversions, as well as your budget. Here we can get a good sense of what sort of meal plan would be most suited to you.
3. I do the Shopping
With your budget in mind, I go shopping for the required ingredients and email you a copy of the receipt for later reimbursement. Alternatively, you are welcome to do the shopping yourself.
2. We Create your Meal Plan
After the consultation, you select from my weekly menu of nutritious options and we collaborate on a tailored meal plan, which I write up and send to you for approval. If there are any changes that need to be made, this is your opportunity to let me know.
4. I Cook the Meals
Back at my kitchen, every meal is carefully cooked and portioned for freshness. Meals arrive at your doorstep on your preferred schedule. An invoice is then sent out to you, which you can forward to your NDIS plan manager.
